Employment litigation

Defense of companies in employment lawsuits, focused on risk assessment, litigation prevention and procedural strategy. We act at every stage of the case, from the defense to appeals and settlements.
Administrative proceedings

Defenses and appeals before the Ministry of Labor (MTE) and the Labor Prosecution Office (MPT): infraction notices, FGTS debt notifications and proceedings opened by the MPT. Includes preventive measures, with a review of internal practices and guidance on compliance.
Employment advisory

Legal opinions, audit reviews, drafting and updating of employment contracts and internal policies, benefits, hiring and termination, and anti-discrimination. Besides the traditional model, we offer streamlined advisory, fast and practical for day-to-day questions.
Collective bargaining

Advice on negotiations with labor and employer unions, including bargaining tables and the drafting, review and analysis of collective agreements (ACT/CCT). Representation in mediations and collective disputes.
